Terms of Sale & Use

Effective 3 September 2026 · Last updated 8 October 2026

The short version. You're buying a one-time, single-user license to a digital collection for planning your own wedding. You can use it, edit it, and print as much as you like for that wedding. You can't resell it, share it, or put your own brand on it.

You'll need a free Canva account and a free Notion account to use parts of it. Nothing here costs anything beyond the one payment.

This summary is for orientation only. The numbered terms below are what actually govern the sale.

1. Who you're buying from

This website and The Complete Collection are operated by Gregory Brad Hofmeister ("Beyond Evermore", "we", "us"), 6101 North Keystone Ave., Ste. 100 #1473, Indianapolis, IN 46220.

Payments are processed by Stripe Managed Payments. The merchant of record for your purchase is Sold through Link, LLC, shown to you as "Link" at checkout and on your receipt. This means Sold through Link, LLC is the seller of record on the transaction, handles payment processing, and collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. Their terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment portion of your purchase, and your card statement will show LINK.COM*.

2. Agreement to these terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using The Complete Collection, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't purchase — and if you've already purchased and don't agree, contact us before using anything.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

3. What you're buying

The Complete Collection is a digital product. At the time of writing it comprises:

  • The Luxury Stationery Suite — six editable Canva templates, each in three colorways (18 template links in total), delivered as Canva template links, together with a printing guide covering print-ready PDF export.
  • The QR Kit — six documented uses for QR codes at a wedding, with written setup guides, plus placeholders built into the stationery layouts.
  • The Digital Planning Hub — a Notion template covering budget, vendors, guest list and day-of timeline.
  • The Sanctuary Kit — a printable workbook and downloadable audio files.

You are buying a license to use these materials, not ownership of them.

4. What you'll need

To use all parts of the Collection you will need:

  • A free Canva account, to open and edit the stationery templates.
  • A free Notion account, to use the planning hub.
  • A device capable of opening PDF and MP3 files.

No paid tier or subscription to any third-party service is required. Creating those accounts is your responsibility, and those services' own terms apply to your use of them.

The workbook, the audio files and the printing guide require no account at all.

5. Your license

On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, single-user license to use The Complete Collection for planning and holding one wedding or event of your own.

You may

  • Edit, customise and adapt the templates for that wedding.
  • Print the stationery in unlimited quantities for that wedding, whether at home or through a commercial printer.
  • Use the QR Kit materials at that wedding.
  • Keep and re-read the workbook and audio indefinitely.
  • Share your edited designs with your own printer or vendors for the purpose of producing them for you.

You may not

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lend or give away the Collection or any part of it, edited or unedited.
  • Share your access, links or files with anyone else, including other couples.
  • Distribute the templates as templates, or include them in any product, bundle, package or service you offer.
  • Remove, obscure or replace our branding, or present the materials as your own work or under another brand ("white labelling").
  • Use the Collection or any part of it commercially — including by a wedding planner, photographer, stationer or other vendor for client work.
  • Upload the files anywhere publicly accessible, or to any template marketplace or file-sharing service.
  • Use the materials to create a competing product.
Vendors and businesses

If you are a wedding professional and want to use the Collection in client work, or offer it to your clients, the license above does not cover you. Contact us — a separate professional or reseller license may be available.

6. What you get, and for how long

You pay once. Here is precisely what that buys, so there is no ambiguity:

  • Your license does not expire. It is not a subscription and there is nothing further to pay, now or later.
  • Files you download — PDFs, the workbook, audio — are yours to keep permanently. They live on your device and do not depend on us.
  • Canva and Notion templates are copied into your own account when you open them. Once copied, they belong to your account and stay there regardless of what happens to us.

What it does not mean: it is not a promise that this website, our download links, or our email address will exist forever. We recommend you download and save everything shortly after purchase, and copy the templates into your own accounts. If we ever cease trading, files you have already saved and templates you have already copied remain yours and remain usable.

7. Delivery

Access is delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed, on the confirmation screen. Please bookmark that page. Delivery is electronic only; nothing physical is shipped.

If you lose the link to that page, email brad@beyondevermore.com with your receipt and we'll re-send your access link.

8. Price, payment and tax

The price is displayed on the product page in US dollars and is a single one-time payment. There is no recurring charge, no trial that converts, and no card kept on file by us.

Any sales tax, VAT or equivalent is calculated, collected and remitted by Sold through Link, LLC (shown as "Link"), the merchant of record,, based on your location. Where tax applies it is shown at checkout before you pay.

We may change the price at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately and in full, and because it cannot be returned once accessed, our general policy is that sales are final. Please read what's included, and what you'll need, before buying.

That said, if something is genuinely wrong — a file won't open, a link is broken — contact us. We would rather fix it, or refund you, than have you stuck with something that doesn't work.

Customers in the EU and UK

You normally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived — but only if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. You are asked to confirm both at checkout, before you receive access.

If you did not give that consent, your 14-day withdrawal right stands and you may cancel for a full refund by contacting us. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in your license being revoked.

10. The QR Kit

This section matters, so please read it properly.

The QR Kit is a set of instructions, layouts and placeholders. The QR codes you use at your wedding are generated by you and point to third-party services you choose and control — for example a shared photo album, a form, a registry, or a music playlist.

  • We do not host, operate, route or control those codes or their destinations. Nothing passes through us.
  • We cannot guarantee that any third-party service will remain available, free, or unchanged.
  • A printed QR code encodes a fixed address. If you want to be able to change where a code points after printing, you must set it up through a redirect or short link that you control, as described in the setup guides. We do not provide that service.
Your responsibility to test

You are responsible for testing every code before your wedding — on more than one phone, on both iOS and Android, and at the size you intend to print. The setup guides tell you how.

We are not responsible for a code that fails to scan, a service that changes or shuts down, photos that don't arrive, or any other outcome at your event. If that risk isn't acceptable to you, don't rely on the QR Kit as your only method.

Anything guests upload, submit or share via your codes goes to your chosen service and is governed by that service's terms and privacy policy, not ours. If you collect guests' photographs or personal information, you are responsible for handling that appropriately and for telling guests what you're doing.

11. Third-party services

The Collection references and works alongside third-party services including Canva, Notion, and whichever services you choose for your QR codes.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of them. Their names are used only to describe compatibility. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and they may change their features, pricing or availability at any time without reference to us.

12. Intellectual property

All content in the Collection — designs, layouts, text, guides, workbooks, audio and the arrangement of them — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other laws. The "Beyond Evermore" name and logo are our trademarks.

Your license grants permission to use the materials as set out in section 5. It transfers no ownership and no rights beyond those stated.

Designs you create by editing the templates are yours to use for your wedding, but the underlying templates remain ours.

The free calculators and QR generator on this website are provided free of charge for anyone to use. They remain our property, and the results they produce are estimates only — see section 14.

13. Updates and changes

We may add to or improve the Collection over time. Where we do, existing customers get those updates at no extra cost, and we'll tell you how to access them.

We may also change, replace or remove individual components — for example if a third-party platform changes in a way that breaks something. We'll aim to keep the Collection at least equivalent in overall value, but we don't guarantee any specific component will remain available indefinitely.

14. Disclaimers

The Collection and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Collection will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.

The calculators and planning tools produce estimates, not professional advice. Alcohol quantities, budget allocations, invitation counts, table counts and floor space figures are based on general industry rules of thumb and will not be right for every wedding. Check them against your own venue, caterer, and vendors before spending money. We are not wedding planners and nothing here is planning, financial, or legal advice.

The Sanctuary Kit workbook and audio are for general wellbeing and organisation. They are not therapy, counselling, or medical advice, and are not a substitute for professional support.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunity, photographs, or enjoyment.
  • We are not liable for any outcome at your wedding or event, including anything arising from a QR code, a third-party service, a printing error, or a decision made using one of the calculators.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Collection is limited to the amount you actually paid us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. Where that applies to you, these limits apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Termination

We may terminate your license if you materially breach these terms — in particular by redistributing, reselling or white labelling the Collection. Where a breach can be fixed, we'll normally tell you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.

On termination you must stop using the materials and delete the files. Sections 12, 14, 15 and 18 survive termination.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published at the time you bought. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions, or of your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Please contact us before starting any formal proceedings. Most things are fixable with an email.
